General Policies

Thank you for taking a moment to review our general policies. We have these guidelines to help us keep on schedule and to ensure that all our clients have a relaxing experience.

Booking

We encourage clients to book services on Vagaro, our online booking platform. If there is a certain time or day that you would like to schedule and it’s not available, please contact us. We pride ourselves on our personal service and will do what we can to fit you in.

Late Arrivals

We allow a 15-minute grace period after your scheduled appointment time. After that, we will reschedule your service to another day that is more convenient for you.

Cancellations

We know life happens! However, if you must cancel your service, we appreciate a 24-hour advance notice. This will give us time to fill your time slot.

Reactions/Sensitivities

We take care to use holistic, high-quality products that are environmentally friendly and with low toxins. However, we know that some clients have allergies and sensitivities. If you’ve ever experienced reactions to any of the following, please let us know in advance so we can adjust:
